We are looking for a skilled Freelance Content Writer with strong English communication skills to support our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) product. The role requires creating engaging content that communicates product value, industry insights, and feature benefits to MSMEs/SMBs. Key Responsibilities Develop newsletters, product-based blogs, and knowledge articles for HR and payroll audiences. Write content that is simple, clear, and value-driven. Create storyboards/scripts for short animation videos (product explainers, feature highlights). Convert product features and HR concepts into easy-to-understand communication. Work closely with the team for edits, rewrites, and alignment with brand tone. Requirements Strong command of English (grammar, structure, clarity, and storytelling). Experience writing for SaaS / HRMS / tech products preferred. Ability to research HR topics (attendance, payroll, compliance, onboarding, etc.). Basic understanding of scriptwriting for animation videos. Consistency in delivery, timelines, and revisions. Nice to Have Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, or workflow-based applications. Experience with animated explainer tools (Canva, Animaker, Lottie, etc.).
