We are looking for an experienced freelancer or agency who already has a ready-made HRMS (Human Resource Management System). This project does NOT involve building an HRMS from scratch. The selected freelancer must customize their existing HRMS solution according to our detailed requirements. Important Conditions • Must have an existing HRMS system (source code or full control). • Customization required as per our requirements. • Demo is mandatory before final confirmation. • Budget: ₹10,000 (final confirmation depends on demo quality). • Ready to proceed immediately after demo approval. Scope of Work 1. Employee Management • Employee profile creation, editing, activation/deactivation. • Role-based access (Admin / HR / Employee). • Personal, job, and contact details management. • Profile photo upload (JPG/PNG validation). • Secure employee document upload (PDF/JPG/PNG, size limit configurable). • Role-based document access control. 2. Department & Designation Management • Create, edit, activate/deactivate departments. • Create and map designations to departments. • Dependent dropdown logic (Department → Designation). • Prevent deletion if assigned to employees. • Changes must sync with attendance, payroll, and reports. 3. Attendance Management • Company calendar with 12 annual festive holidays. • Daily check-in / check-out system. • Auto calculation of total working hours. • Attendance status: Present, Absent, Late, Half Day, Leave. • Manual editing by HR/Admin. • Biometric integration (CSV/Excel upload or API integration). • Monthly attendance reports (employee & department wise). 4. Leave Management • Leave types (Casual, Sick, Paid, etc.). • Leave application & approval workflow (single & multi-level). • Leave balance auto deduction & restoration. • Monthly and department-wise leave reports. 5. Payroll Management (Basic) • Salary structure setup (earnings & deductions). • Allowance & deduction configuration (fixed/percentage). • Monthly payslip generation in PDF format. • Attendance & leave-based salary calculation. • Payroll export with filters (Month/Year/Department). 6. User Roles & Access Control • Admin • HR Manager • Employee • Complete role-based access control implementation.
