Guest management From designing and sending invitations to tracking RSVPs in real time, you will maintain a live guest list, manage seating, and secure hotel/transport options for out-of-town attendees. Google Sheets, Excel or similar tracking tools are fine—just keep the data clean and shareable. Vendor coordination I have short-listed caterers, photographers and florists; you will compare quotes, negotiate, finalise agreements and serve as the single point of contact through to event day.
