The Customer App must let users sign in with a one-time OTP, or—if they prefer—fall back to classic email/password, social media, or even biometric unlock. Once inside, shoppers browse groceries, household items, and pretty much anything else we choose to stock. A smooth cart-to-checkout flow is essential, supporting card payments, UPI, and cash on delivery. After ordering, customers should track every stage in real time and manage their profile without friction. The Delivery Partner App keeps riders productive with a quick login, an online/offline switch, live assignment of orders, status updates at each step, turn-by-turn navigation, and a simple view of daily earnings. Because both apps work in tandem, I’ll need tight API integration, a lightweight admin panel to add or edit products, and reliable push notifications.
