I’m looking for an IAAP-certified accessibility professional to perform a full audit of my website, concentrating specifically on navigation and overall usability. All findings must be measured against WCAG 2.1 success criteria; any additional heuristics or best-practice checks you normally include are welcome, but WCAG 2.1 is the benchmark I will use when reviewing your work. Please explore the site from the standpoint of keyboard-only users, screen-reader users, and visitors who rely on clear focus order and consistent interactive patterns. Where problems arise, I need you to explain not only the failure but also its impact on different user groups so our development team can prioritise fixes intelligently. Deliverables • A structured audit report mapping each issue to the relevant WCAG 2.1 guideline, severity level, and location (URL or component) • Practical remediation recommendations that my developers can act on immediately, including code or pattern examples where helpful • A brief summary highlighting the most critical blockers to an accessible user journey I will provide staging-site credentials once we agree on timing. The project is considered complete when the report is delivered in an accessible PDF or HTML format and we have had a short hand-off call to clarify any open points.
