The goal is to turn a single Google Sheet row into a published Reel on both Instagram and TikTok without manual touch-points. As soon as I drop a script into the Sheet, the flow should: • Call the HeyGen API, generate the avatar video and return confirmation • Add captions in a way that keeps font and styling identical every time—burn-in is fine, SRT is fine, whichever produces the most consistent look • Save the final MP4 to a structured Google Drive folder • Schedule and publish to Instagram Reels and TikTok at the date/time stored in the same row (I’m open to a third-party scheduler, direct API work, or a custom script—whichever stays reliable and within platform terms) • Write the live post URLs, publish timestamps and any error messages back into the Sheet Monitoring & alerts If any step fails—API timeout, caption mismatch, publish error—I want an immediate alert in Slack or email plus the error logged in the Sheet. Handover & documentation When everything is working, provide an SOP with: setup steps, API keys required, how to add new accounts, and a quick-fix section for the most common failure points. Screencast or PDF is fine. Acceptance criteria 1. Dropping a new script row triggers the entire chain automatically. 2. Finished videos display uniform captions and avatar quality. 3. Post URLs appear in the Sheet within five minutes of scheduled publish time. 4. Any failure generates an alert inside one minute. 5. SOP lets a non-technical teammate replicate or troubleshoot the setup.
