To make the buying process friction-free, I need the store configured with two core features from day one: customer-specific pricing tiers and true bulk-order capability (think case, pallet, or custom quantity breaks). Account creation will run on a self-registration flow, but every signup must remain pending until I approve it—no open retail access. Once approved, customers should immediately see their negotiated prices and volume breaks reflected throughout the catalog, in the cart, and on invoice emails. If the build goes smoothly, we can later explore tighter inventory-management integration, yet for this phase I’m focused on nailing the pricing logic, order-size handling, and a clean, industrial-looking theme that feels trustworthy to plant managers and procurement officers.
