The job is simple but important: every incoming chat must receive a friendly, accurate, and timely response that reflects the tone I already use on the page. You’ll log in to the Instagram profile I provide, monitor the inbox during the agreed-upon hours, and handle questions, comments, or basic customer-service enquiries. Anything outside a standard reply—such as complaints, partnership requests, or technical issues—should be flagged for me so I can step in. Deliverables • All DMs answered within the timeframe we set (ideally under one hour during active shifts). • A short end-of-day summary highlighting any messages that need my personal attention.
