You must be comfortable moving from initial concept sketches to detailed working drawings in AutoCAD, then refining ideas in SketchUp and finishing presentation boards or mood shots in Photoshop. The same files will feed into photorealistic 3D renderings that help clients sign off quickly, so an equally confident 3D workflow is essential. Work can be arranged full-time on-site or part-time/remote as long as deadlines are met; either way, fast communication and daily progress updates are non-negotiable. I will share the project brief each morning, expect an initial draft by end-of-day, and iterate until the layout, colour palette, and material selections are locked. All source files remain with us.
