I’m looking for a developer to build a small, focused internal web application MVP. This is not a full-scale SaaS or public product, just a simple internal tool to demonstrate a hiring workflow. The app should be web-based and include basic email/password login with two roles: manager and candidate. Managers should be able to view a list of candidates, open a candidate profile, add notes, and move candidates through a simple hiring flow (applied, assessment, interview, accepted or rejected). Candidates should be able to register and view their status. The UI is important to me. I’m looking for a clean, modern, and well-designed interface that feels professional and polished, even though the functionality is simple. It should look good, be easy to use, and feel like an internal enterprise tool rather than a rough prototype. The goal is a clean, functional, and well-designed MVP, not a complex or future-proof system. I’m not looking for advanced architecture, heavy security work, scaling, or long-term maintenance at this stage. Any modern, simple tech stack is fine as long as it’s free-tier friendly and easy to run. Clear structure, good design, and working functionality matter more than overengineering.
