I’m building a self-service photobooth that runs on an iPad 10th generation, shoots through a Canon R100, and spits out photos on an Epson PM-520. What I need is a clean, rock-solid iPadOS app that lets guests walk up, tap the screen, snap a picture, preview it, and immediately receive a single 4×6 print—nothing more, nothing less. A software which is the clone of Lumabooth. Core workflow • Touchscreen only: a big “Start” button, live preview from the Canon, count-down overlay, shutter release, quick review with Retake/Print options. • Photo capturing & printing: handle tethered capture from the Canon R100 and send the confirmed image straight to the Epson PM-520 without extra dialogs. • Single-photo layout: the print should fill the sheet; no strips or collages required. Must-haves • Full compatibility with Canon Camera Connect / relevant SDK for live view and remote shutter. • Reliable print spooling so back-to-back sessions don’t choke the PM-520. • Simple operator menu (PIN-protected) to set copies, paper size, and a default overlay or frame if desired. • Auto-recovery: if either device disconnects, the app should prompt the user or quietly retry so the booth never appears “frozen.” Deliverables 1. Signed iPadOS app (.ipa) ready to sideload on a 10th-gen iPad. 2. Source code (Swift or Objective-C) with clear build instructions. 3. Brief setup guide covering camera tethering, printer pairing, and any required SDK licenses. 4. One round of post-delivery tweaks to iron out edge cases discovered during a live test session. If you’ve previously integrated Canon DSLR/Mirrorless control and direct-to-printer output on iOS, I’d love to see your work. Let’s make this booth queue-proof and guest-proof!
