This project covers the full recruitment cycle for Information Technology roles—primarily software engineers, DevOps, cloud and cybersecurity professionals. You’ll take ownership of everything from refining job specs and sourcing passive talent to screening, coordinating interviews and guiding offers through to acceptance. To be considered, show me examples of past work that prove you can fill hard-to-hire technical positions quickly and sustainably. Metrics such as time-to-hire, retention rates or notable placements are especially useful. Deliverables I expect: • A shortlist of pre-qualified IT candidates matched to each open role • Interview notes and evaluation summaries for every candidate presented • Weekly progress updates outlining pipeline status, next steps and any blockers • Final hire report detailing source channel, compensation breakdown and start date Success is defined by presenting at least three hire-ready candidates per position within the agreed timeline and seeing each new hire remain past the probation period.
