I have two bedrooms—each with an attached bathroom—and one shared entrance that need to be presented to my clients in full Japandi style. You’ll be working from my existing floor plans plus a folder of reference photos for every fixture and piece of furniture; the final visuals must replicate each item as closely as possible so I can demonstrate exactly what the finished rooms will look like. Style & material direction The brief is firmly Japandi: clean lines, uncluttered forms, and a calming mix of Japanese warmth with Scandinavian simplicity. Please emphasise • wood and natural fibres, • smooth, matte finishes, and • a neutral, earthy palette. For timber, aim for mostly light tones—think pale oak or bamboo—punctuated by a few darker accents to create contrast. Scope of work – Render every wall, partition, door, full-length mirrored vanity, and all sanitary fittings in both bathrooms. – Apply the precise furniture, décor, and accessory choices shown in my reference pictures. – Supply high-resolution stills (minimum 4K) of each elevation plus an eye-level “hero” shot for each room. – Produce a short fly-through video (1920×1080) that moves from entrance to bedrooms to bathrooms. – Any mainstream tool is fine—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, etc.—as long as the output is photorealistic. Iteration & next steps We’ll start with draft clay renders for layout approval, then one revision round after materials, and a final polish pass.
