I need a full rebuild of an existing information-driven website in Laravel, matching the current look, page structure, and responsiveness while modernising the codebase. Once the front end is reproduced with Blade, Tailwind/Bootstrap (your call), I want upgrades added: • Contact form that sends email and stores submissions in the database • Custom admin panel where I can edit page content, Menu Items, Branch Updates manage users, and view contact enquiries Version control through Git is expected, and the final project should run locally via Xammp before you deploy it to my Hosting. Acceptance is simple: the cloned pages look identical, the new features work without errors, and all tests pass after I run `php artisan test`.
