The goal is to ship a production-ready MVP that can immediately run a limousine or black-car business while laying the groundwork for a future white-label product. Customers, Dispatchers/Admins, and Drivers each need their own tailored experience: • Customers book rides from responsive web pages or native iOS/Android apps with real-time availability checks, instant confirmations, and the ability to schedule trips in advance. • Dispatchers/Admins manage the fleet from a browser-based dashboard, adjust or override pricing, and assign or re-assign trips on the fly. • Drivers receive jobs, accept or decline, navigate, track time and mileage, and mark legs complete from a dedicated mobile app. A configurable pricing engine is mission-critical. It must support calculations by mileage or time as well as zone-to-zone and zip-code rules, all editable in the back office. The checkout flow will launch with secure credit/debit card processing; the codebase should be modular enough to add more gateways later. Deliverables packaged in five milestones (each with clearly defined acceptance criteria) are expected to include: 1. Web customer booking portal and dispatcher dashboard, fully responsive and API driven. 2. iOS and Android driver apps, App-Store and Play-Store ready. 3. iOS and Android customer apps mirroring the web booking flow. 4. Pricing engine, payment gateway integration, and real-time dispatch logic. 5. Training videos, user/technical documentation, and deployment scripts. Clean, well-documented code, test coverage, and concise hand-off materials are mandatory so the platform can be re-skinned or licensed in the future without refactoring.
