I’m ready to build a cross-platform app that matches locum doctors and nurses with clinics and hospitals. The core release must land on both iOS and Android, delivering a smooth, consistent experience regardless of device. At the heart of the product are two essentials: rich user profiles and a live job board. Clinicians need to create and update their credentials, availability and location, while employers should be able to publish, edit and close job posts in real time. Finding the right match has to feel effortless, so the job board must support free-text search, category filters (for specialties, shift types, etc.) and location-based discovery with distance or map views. I’m open to Flutter, React Native or any other modern framework that can hit both stores quickly without sacrificing performance. A lightweight web console (or progressive web view) for admin tasks would be a bonus, but mobile apps come first. Robust API design, secure authentication and scalable cloud hosting are all expected as part of the build.
