Consignee Verification & UPS Tracking Number Mapping (Direct System Entry) Description: Currently, customers send UPS labels via email. This process needs to be replaced with a direct system-based entry and automated matching. Requirements: 1-Customers will enter the UPS tracking/label number directly into the system. Once entered, the system should automatically: - Match the UPS tracking number with existing shipment records using: 1- Boxfleet tracking number 2- Consignee name 3- Consignee address After successful matching: The UPS tracking number should be automatically saved against the correct shipment in the system. The mapped UPS tracking number should be visible in the Boxfleet dashboard/system. If matching fails: The system should flag the record for manual review instead of accepting incorrect data. 2. Automated UPS Tracking Status Update in Boxfleet Description Automate shipment tracking by fetching status updates from the UPS website and updating Boxfleet. Requirements: The system should: 1- Use the UPS tracking number to check shipment status directly from UPS tracking system/website 2- Retrieve current shipment status, such as: Delivered, In Transit, Out for Delivery, etc 3- The fetched status should be automatically updated in the Boxfleet dashboard. This tracking process should run automatically: - At least once or twice per day, without manual intervention. 3. New Warehouse Software – Label Scanning & UPS Label Generation Description Develop a new warehouse-level software/module for handling shipment labels. Requirements When a Boxfleet label is scanned in the warehouse: The system should automatically generate the corresponding UPS label The UPS label should be displayed and printable Warehouse staff should only need to: Scan the Boxfleet label Print and paste the UPS label 3. Calling Agent Requirement for Outstanding Recovery We need a calling/recovery agent for outstanding follow-ups. We are using the Zedram app, and we want an agent to log in to it. We will provide the calling script related to Boxfleet outstanding payments, and the agent will make daily reminder calls to customers regarding their pending dues.
