Scope All open areas around the pool must be thoughtfully planned to accommodate: • Outdoor cinema with unobstructed sight-lines and discreet audio integration • Kids play zone that feels safe yet sophisticated • Lush green garden pockets for shade and ambience • Bar and lounge area for evening gatherings • Fire pits with comfortable seating clusters Landscaping must be designed in full. The layout should optimise circulation, respect safety clearances, and frame uninterrupted skyline views. High-quality finishes, accent lighting, and upscale furniture selections should echo the tower’s premium branding while withstanding Dubai’s climate. Key Deliverables 1. Masterplan layout showing zoning, circulation, and dimensions 2. 3D renders or walkthroughs illustrating day- and night-time ambience 3. Material, planting, and furniture schedules with supplier references available in the UAE 4. Lighting and audio-visual placement drawings for the cinema, bar, and feature areas 5. Construction-ready drawings and details that coordinate with the existing pool structure, MEP pathways, and waterproofing layers Acceptance Criteria • All specified amenities appear exactly as listed above. • Design maximises usable space without overcrowding, maintaining a clear luxury aesthetic • Documentation is detailed enough for contractors to price and build without design gaps Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar BIM/rendering tools fit perfectly with my workflow, but I am open to alternatives as long as the output is precise and visually compelling. I will provide current structural drawings and rooftop dimensions immediately after project award.
