I already have draft plans for a high-end villa and now need a fresh professional eye to elevate them to true luxury level. I want you to review the design of the entire house, recommend smart architectural and interior tweaks, and then bring the updated concept to life with photorealistic 3D visuals. The brief is firmly modern, using a calm, neutral palette—think soft whites, warm greys, light woods and subtle stone textures. If you feel a restrained accent colour would amplify the space, feel free to propose it, but the overall look should stay elegant and understated. I will share the current CAD drawings, reference images and mood boards. After your critique and suggestions are approved, move straight into modelling and rendering. You may use the tools you work fastest in—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender or similar—as long as the final output meets the quality outlined below. Deliverables • A concise improvement report (PDF) highlighting design changes room-by-room. • Updated 3D model of the full villa (source file). • At least 10 high-resolution, photorealistic renders covering exteriors, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and one hero shot per key area. • One optional 360° panorama or short walkthrough to showcase spatial flow. All files should be organised, named clearly and ready for hand-off to my contractor.
