Cosmetic Refresh + Furnishing — 87 m² Apartment, Old Town Lviv (near Rynok Square) Looking for an interior designer (or design-build team) for a fast cosmetic refresh and full furnishing of an 87 m² apartment in the historic center of Lviv. Important context: The apartment was fully renovated in 2014 and is in excellent condition — clean, neat, structurally sound. No demolition needed. It simply looks dated and needs a modern visual update plus new furniture and finishes. Scope of work: Add a second bathroom — design and full finish-out (plumbing routing, fixtures, tile, vanity). The existing bathroom stays untouched and is NOT part of this project. Kitchen — full redo: cabinetry, appliances, countertops, backsplash, lighting. Flooring — replace throughout. Floors currently sit at different levels between rooms; everything must be brought to a single unified level across the apartment. Interior doors — replace all. Walls and ceilings — repaint and refresh finishes. Window treatments — design, fabricate, and install draperies/curtains. Furniture — full sourcing, selection, and procurement of all furniture. Style direction: Modern, in dialogue with the historic character of Rynok Square. Not minimalist, not industrial, not Scandinavian. Think clean contemporary lines with warm classical materials — oak, brass, natural stone, proper millwork, elegant lighting, restrained palette with selective heritage details. The apartment should feel current but belong in Old Town Lviv. Budget: $25,000 – $50,000 USD, all-inclusive (design fee, all materials, all furniture, labor, second bathroom build-out). Turnkey preferred. Timeline: Full project completion within 3 months from contract signing — design, procurement, construction, and installation. Please confirm this is realistic for you and outline your proposed schedule. Project supervision: Virtual supervision is acceptable for designers based outside Lviv — regular video walkthroughs, photo updates, and direct contractor coordination on my behalf.
