Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Magento 2 developer with experience in both frontend and backend development. The project involves redesigning our existing Magento 2 website and enhancing its functionality. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Magento 2 theme customization, SEO optimization, and backend improvements. Key Responsibilities: Redesign and Customization: Redesign the Magento 2 theme using the existing MSG Value theme, ensuring a modern and responsive layout. Design and enhance the following pages: Landing page Brand page Product pages Category pages Subcategory pages Offers and banners section Cart page Checkout page Delivery confirmation template Terms and Conditions page Trade account pop-up Deal and Coupons section Functionality Improvements: Ensure all pages are SEO-friendly, including properly structured HTML and metadata. Implement cookie consent and ensure compliance with necessary regulations. Review existing extensions and add new ones as required for functionality (remove unnecessary ones). Perform backend functionality checks, including database optimization and cleanup by deleting unnecessary files. Ensure smooth checkout experience and optimize the cart flow. Improve overall website performance and speed. Bug Fixing: Fix any existing bugs related to theme customization, checkout, and product page layout. Ensure all functionality works seamlessly across different devices and browsers. Testing & Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test the website to ensure no broken links, slow pages, or user experience issues. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Magento 2 (preferably with theme redesigns and customizations). Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with SEO optimization and site performance. Ability to integrate and troubleshoot Magento extensions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Additional Notes: Please provide examples of previous Magento 2 projects, particularly those involving theme redesigns.
