Scenario A single Make.com scenario should push an approved WhatsApp template to a list of actors stored in Airtable. The template contains three interactive reply buttons: • Shortlist Me • Not Available • I Have a Question Core logic 1. When an actor taps Shortlist Me: – Instantly mark the record “Short-listed” in Airtable. – Trigger an automatic confirmation WhatsApp message so they know they are on the list. 2. When an actor taps Not Available: – Update the record to “Unavailable”. – Send a brief thank-you WhatsApp message acknowledging their response. 3. When an actor taps I Have a Question: – Reply with a prompt asking, “What’s your question?” (exact wording is fine to mirror: “What’s your question?”). – Pipe any follow-up text they send into a separate “General Messages” Airtable base; no further automation is needed there because I will reply manually. 4. Timing requirement: every automated confirmation must go out within 24 hours of the actor’s button tap (instant delivery is ideal). 5. Any inbound WhatsApp message that is not tied to the three buttons (voice note, image, etc.) should also land in the “General Messages” base, untouched by automation. Deliverables – One Make.com scenario (or a clean bundle of scenarios) performing the above logic. – Airtable bases/tables configured with the necessary fields, views, and webhooks. – Clear, step-by-step hand-off notes so I can maintain or tweak the scenario later (no-code friendly language). Success is a fully functioning workflow I can trigger today that correctly tags each actor, fires the appropriate reply, and segregates free-form messages without a hitch.
