I have a PHP script, the Food Delivery from PHPJabbers, the Developer’s License, that is currently running in PHP 7.4 but I need to move it to a new server that runs 8.4. I am able to make the backup of the DB (MySQL/MariaDB) from the existing server as well as to upload the DB to the new server. And I see that everything is uploaded, customer list, food products, categories, settings, everything is uploaded, but the problem is when I login to the admin side, there are issues, issues of incompatibility, as 2 buttons on the navigation menu do not work, and not all links work. The navigation menu for instance, when clicking on the Payments button to expand the sub-menu, the expandable navigation menu fails to load, and the payment options as buttons/icons, do not appear. I tried to fix the problem with the assistance of Gemini, but when we fixed the icons that now appear, something else fails to load, we fixed the 2nd issue, and then a new issue appears that before I made the changes Gemini suggested was ok, and that goes on. The AI said that we will fix it, not to worry, but I believe it is better to hire a human being so that you do it for me, because I understand that it would take time of communications with the AI. At the end I know that Gemini will do it successfully but I don’t want to spend my time talking and talking with cable and chips without a successful result. That’s why I need someone who knows to fix it. I have got an understanding of coding, but I do not know how to write a code or how to fix errors That’s why I’m looking for someone who knows these things. The only thing I need is as I said, to convert v7.4 to v8.4. Also, because the specific DB regards customers information, I will not be able to give you free access to the DB, but anything you do, you will need to do it through my computer via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
