The model should respect every wall, opening, and measurement shown on the plan while still allowing thoughtful placement of furniture, storage, and lighting that makes the most of negative space. Feel free to suggest streamlined built-ins, concealed storage, or subtle material contrasts that highlight the minimalist language without adding visual noise. Preferred tools are flexible—Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp with V-Ray, or comparable software that can export editable files for future tweaks. High-resolution stills (4K or better) and the native project files are both required so I can reuse assets down the road.
