1. Specific Scope of Work • Solution Assessment: Review the Vendor’s entire system architecture and data flow design to ensure there is no conflict with the existing CMS/CA systems. • Schedule Management: Break down the Vendor’s roadmap into weekly sprints/milestones. Closely control delays and require immediate catch-up or mitigation plans. • Integration Oversight: Act as the technical point of contact for API integration between the Vendor’s Web/App and the internal digital certificate management system. • Technical Acceptance: Decide whether a feature meets the technical readiness criteria to be handed over to the in-house Testing team. 2. Working Time • Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week (equivalent to 4 hours/day). • Maximum commitment: 40 hours/week (depending on peak phases such as UAT or Go-live). • Fixed schedule: o Weekly progress review meeting with the CTO. o One meeting with the Vendor per sprint. • Working mode: Remote. 3. Key Deliverables The Freelancer TPM is required to submit the following documents/reports: • Project Status Report: Updates on completion percentage, existing risks, and issues requiring CTO decisions. • Technical Review Minutes: Formal documentation confirming the quality and compliance of design documents and APIs provided by the Vendor. • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM): Ensures all features defined in the RFP have been fully implemented by the Vendor. • Contingency Plan: Documentation describing response plans in case of connectivity issues or infrastructure bottlenecks.
