I’m upgrading a compact one-room-kitchen (1RK) apartment and want it to feel spacious, functional, and unmistakably modern. Because every square foot has to work hard, I need an interior designer who can think creatively about storage, zoning, lighting, and flow—but who can also bring those ideas to life with accurate 3D visualisation. You’ll start by interpreting my lifestyle needs for a residential studio: a comfortable living-sleep zone, an efficient kitchenette, and smart built-ins that hide the daily clutter. I like clean lines, muted palettes, and the little design moments that make a small space pop without feeling busy. I work best when I can see exactly how ideas translate, so high-quality 3D renders and the editable model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender—your choice) are essential. These visuals will guide both my decisions and the contractor’s work on site. Deliverables • Mood board and colour/material palette • Scaled floor plan with furniture layout • At least three photorealistic renders that cover the living-sleep area and kitchen • The native 3D model file plus one round of revisions after initial feedback Once the design solves the space-saving puzzle and the renders match the agreed style, the project is complete. If you enjoy crafting modern solutions for small homes, I’d love to see your portfolio and get started.
