All drawings should be delivered in editable CAD (AutoCAD or Revit) plus PDF, with renders from SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar. Accuracy to local building codes and efficient kitchen ergonomics are non-negotiable, and the final package should be ready to pass to my contractor without re-work.
