I have a finished residential floor plan and now need it brought to life in Blender. The goal is a full 4000 sq feet apartment floor visualization—every room, corridor, and transition space—styled with a clean, modern aesthetic. I will supply the 2D drawing, dimensions, and any reference photos I have; you will translate them into a coherent, photoreal 3D environment that shows accurate architecture, lighting, furniture, and décor. The initial design may take a short while, but I need multiple revisions over a period of time that reflect how we feel after seeing the visual result. Because this covers the entire house, I’m expecting: • A fully textured, well-organized .blend file • High-resolution still images of each room plus key exterior angles • Consistent modern furnishings, materials, and color palette throughout Everything must reflect the original plan precisely, down to wall thicknesses and window placements, while still feeling lived-in and inviting. The original floor plan image should be embedded in blender file and aligned with all the 3D objects. Human dummies can be placed there for reference. If you can also compile a short fly-through animation, let me know—that would be a welcome bonus. The polycount should be decent enough to give good realism but not so high that it cannot run in realtime on EEVEE on an M-series Macbook or when imported to Unity for a live walkthrough. Please share samples of previous residential Blender work so I can gauge style and realism. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
