Please develop a clear floor plan and at least one high-quality 3D render (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable software are fine) so I can visualise the arrangement before ordering any pieces. A concise shopping list with exact furniture, décor, and paint specifications should accompany the visuals; links or SKU codes will help me source items quickly.
