Core scope • Floor plans for each unit, showing room dimensions, circulation, kitchens, baths, and storage • Overall building layout—including shared corridors, stairwells, and any communal amenities—optimized for both comfort and code compliance • Exterior elevations that capture a clean, modern aesthetic with appropriate material notes • Basic site plan indicating building footprint, parking layout, setbacks, and utility tie-ins • A concise schedule of finishes and fixtures consistent with a contemporary look Optional but appreciated • 3D massing or rendered perspectives to help investors visualize the design • Energy-efficient or green-build suggestions that do not inflate cost dramatically File format All drawings should arrive in editable CAD (DWG or RVT) plus ready-to-print PDF sheets. Any 3D views can be in SketchUp, Revit, or FBX. Acceptance criteria A complete, coordinated set that a local engineer can stamp without major revisions, dimensions legible at 1:100 scale, and exported PDFs set to A1 sheet size.
