The colour palette should lean on orange, green and white, and the overall aesthetic must feel current and professional. Core build • Home: full-width hero image or short factory video, punchy tagline, the two latest rates pulled from a pricing table, and clear call-to-action buttons. • Products & Services: plain-language walk-through of our extraction process, DOC specs, certifications, logistics support and, most importantly, a live pricing table that I can refresh every morning by uploading a simple spreadsheet. When I replace yesterday’s sheet with today’s, the numbers should update site-wide automatically. • Team: photo grid with name, role and two-line bio—easy for me to add or reorder people. • About: factory history, capacity figures, sustainability focus, client testimonials. • Contact: form (reCAPTCHA), embedded Google Map, click-to-call phone link, email link and WhatsApp chat button. • Optional Blog/News: ready for later activation; hidden until I publish the first post. Technical needs • CMS of your choice (WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight Laravel/Statamic setup are fine) as long as the spreadsheet-upload method for rates is rock solid. • Responsive layout, SEO-ready markup, fast load times, SSL, basic on-page optimisation. • Post-handover video or written guide showing me how to upload the daily pricing sheet and edit images/text across all pages. Acceptance The project is complete when the site is live on my domain, I can replace the pricing spreadsheet and see the new rates propagate instantly, and all pages match the structure and styling above.
