I’m rebuilding my transport company’s online presence and need a modern, responsive website built from scratch. The visual style must feel current and polished, yet practical for customers who want quick access to routes, fleet details, and service information. Core scope • Front-end: Design and develop all pages—Home, About Us, Contact Us, Services, Destinations, Fleet, FAQ, Careers, and News—so they display perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Back-end: Create a lightweight PHP admin panel. From this single area I have to be able to publish, edit, and delete News articles, as well as add or remove open positions shown on the Careers page. • Careers page: Display job listings pulled from the admin panel; no application form or filters are required right now. Technical preferences Clean PHP (no bloated frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, vanilla JavaScript or a minimal JS library—whichever keeps load times fast. A simple MySQL schema is fine for storing posts and jobs. If you prefer a small PHP CMS that achieves the same result, let me know. Acceptance criteria 1. All listed pages load error-free and match the agreed-upon modern design. 2. Admin panel lets me manage News and Careers content without touching code. 3. Jobs update live on the Careers page immediately after save/delete. 4. Site passes basic speed and mobile-friendliness checks (Lighthouse ≥ 90). Once the site is live on my server and I can manage content myself, the project is complete. Feel free to suggest any smart tweaks that keep the build lean and future-proof.
