Objective Enhance the existing VBA-enabled Excel workbook to improve roster generation, payment slip customization, and staff categorization. The final solution should allow ongoing use without limitations, handle multiple months in a single file, and dynamically display staff-specific information. Requirements 1. Staff Info Tab Employment Type Highlighting: When generating payment slips: Full-Time staff → Payment slip tab should be colored red. Part-Time staff → Payment slip tab should be colored blue. New Column – Designation: Add a column beside "Employment Type" named Designation. Options include, but are not limited to: Clinic Executive, Admin, Clinic Assistant. 2. Staff Schedule Tab Consistent Week Format: Roster must display Monday–Sunday weeks regardless of which day the 1st of the month falls on (e.g., October 1 on a Wednesday should still start the schedule on Monday of that week). Dynamic Tab Naming: Automatically rename each generated schedule tab to match the month name (e.g., "October", "November") instead of the generic "StaffSchedule." Multiple Month Support: Allow generation of multiple months’ rosters (e.g., October, November, December) within the same workbook. No Time Limit: The system must allow indefinite generation of future months’ rosters ("for life"). 3. Admin Staff Rules If a staff member’s Designation is set to Admin: Do not include them in the monthly roster schedule. Do include them in: Their individual payment slip The summary report 4. Payment Slip Template Update payment slip generation so that it displays the staff member’s actual designation (from the Staff Info tab) instead of always showing "Clinic Assistant." Acceptance Criteria ✅ Tabs for payment slips are colored correctly based on Employment Type. ✅ A Designation column is available and functional. ✅ Monthly rosters always begin with Monday, regardless of the first day of the month. ✅ Each generated roster tab is named according to its month. ✅ Multiple month rosters can exist in the same file without overwriting. ✅ Roster generation works indefinitely (no manual reset needed). ✅ Admin staff do not appear in the schedule but do appear in payment slips and summary. ✅ Payment slips correctly display staff designation from the Staff Info tab.
