Here’s how I see it working: I’ll share an export or a view link at the start of every month that shows which records changed stage. You confirm any questions with me, then update the corresponding status values directly in Zoho. When you finish, send back a brief summary (number of records touched, any issues encountered) so I can close the reporting loop on my end. Accuracy matters more than speed; the key acceptance criteria are that every designated lead record shows the correct status in Zoho and no untouched records are inadvertently modified.
