I need a robust yet flexible engine that can drive customer-support chatbots across three fronts at once: our website, our iOS and Android app, and the key social media channels we use to talk with clients. The idea is to design the core logic once and then surface it everywhere through clean APIs or SDKs, so updates and new flows roll out instantly no matter where the conversation starts. The bot must be able to: • recognise common questions, pull answers from a knowledge base, and escalate smoothly to live agents when needed • keep conversation context as users hop between channels • hand back rich analytics that help us refine answers and spot gaps in our FAQ material I am open to the framework or language you prefer—Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or something home-grown—so long as the final solution is well documented and easy for my team to extend.
