1. Project Description We are looking for an experienced freelancer to build a fully functional MVP of a mobile Islamic marriage application for Android and iOS. This app is strictly marriage-oriented (not casual dating) and must comply with specific religious, privacy, and moderation rules, including mandatory wali supervision, gender-based visibility rules, and strong verification. A detailed specification document will be shared after the award, and will be considered the single source of truth for the product. No additional product decisions or deviations should be introduced without explicit approval. The project will be considered complete only when all requirements described in this advertisement and the attached document are fully delivered and working. --- 2.
