AI Automation Engineer / n8n Workflow Architect Monster AI Funnel – Marketing & Content Automation System Remote | Contract or Ongoing About the Project We are building the Monster AI Funnel — a fully automated, AI-powered content and marketing ecosystem designed to: Generate short-form video content at scale Automate lead capture and email funnels Orchestrate AI tools through n8n workflows Distribute content across multiple platforms hands-free Track conversions, performance, and ROI n8n will serve as the central automation engine connecting AI models, content tools, databases, and marketing platforms. We are seeking an experienced automation engineer to architect, optimize, and scale complex n8n workflows. Core Responsibilities Automation & Workflow Engineering Design and maintain advanced n8n workflows Integrate APIs across AI tools, marketing platforms, CRMs, and analytics systems Implement logging, error handling, and performance optimization Build scalable systems capable of handling high automation volume AI Tool Integration Automate AI-powered content creation (scripts, video, audio, images) Manage prompt flows and AI output pipelines Funnel & Marketing Automation Automate lead magnets, opt-ins, and CRM workflows Connect email marketing systems and segmentation logic Implement conversion tracking and analytics System Scaling & Maintenance Monitor and improve workflow reliability Debug automation failures Continuously optimize performance Required Skills Must Have: Strong hands-on experience with n8n in production environments API integrations (REST, webhooks, authentication methods) Automation logic, data transformation, and error handling Preferred (Plus): AI tool integrations (OpenAI and similar platforms) Marketing automation and funnel systems CRM integrations High-volume automation systems What Success Looks Like Fully automated content creation and publishing pipelines Lead funnels operating with minimal manual involvement Scalable workflows supporting hundreds to thousands of automated actions daily High system reliability and performance
