Hello. We shippping rates setup in CS-CART version 4.9.3 however it's not setup correctly and we need someone to come up with a new way to produce the rates for the website. Currently, we are using the UPS API, but there are complications with it, and we will need to set up possible manual rate tables instead. CS-Cart experience is a big plus.
