G+7 Apartment 3D Visualisation I need photo-realistic 3D imagery for a new G+7 apartment building and will provide the full Revit model to get you started. The visuals will guide our construction planning, so accuracy in dimensions, materials and lighting is essential. Scope • Exterior façade renders that clearly show massing, material transitions and all balconies. • Interior renders for the lobby, shared corridors and amenities. • Three separate apartment typologies, each depicted in a clean modern style (colour palette, furniture and fixtures should stay contemporary and realistic). Workflow You may refine the Revit geometry in 3ds Max, Blender or any preferred pipeline, as long as the final stills are delivered in high-resolution PNG/JPEG along with the source scene files. I will share reference photos, finishing schedules and the Revit file once we agree on milestones. Acceptance 1. Camera angles approved from clay drafts. 2. First lighting/material pass for review. 3. Final images – minimum 4K, free of noise and true to the drawings.
