Our Odoo 19 environment is up and running; what I need now is a polished, automated front-end for the sales cycle and a couple of key integrations. Primary task – quote & invoice template I already have a visual mock-up, so you will start from a clear reference. The job is to rebuild the quotation and invoice documents inside Odoo Studio/QWeb so they match that design pixel-perfectly, add several custom fields (pricing notes, internal reference codes, and an extra tax breakdown line), and make sure the PDFs are generated and emailed automatically when a quotation is sent or an invoice is validated. Secondary touch points • Landing website: one-page, responsive layout built with Odoo Website. The page must pull product data from the database and push all lead-capture forms straight into the CRM. • WhatsApp API: connect our WhatsApp Business number to Odoo so sales reps can send the same quotations and invoices via chat with a single click and receive customer replies back in the chatter thread. Deliverables • QWeb/XML code and assets for the quote and invoice templates, fully aligned with my mock-ups • Automated actions for PDF generation and email dispatch, tested on my staging server • A live landing page inside the Odoo Website module, hooked to CRM leads • WhatsApp Business API setup (Green-API, Chat-API, or a comparable provider—open to your suggestion) with outbound/inbound message flows working from Sales, Invoicing, and CRM modules • Step-by-step deployment notes so future upgrades to Odoo 19 do not break the custom work Everything must run on Odoo 19 Community.
