I’m building a peer-to-peer marketplace where individual users can post items for sale and connect with local buyers—very similar to the OLX flow of “snap, list, chat, sell.” The app must serve a single purpose: buying and selling items between individuals. Both iOS and Android versions are required. I’m open to Swift / Kotlin or a shared codebase such as Flutter or React Native, as long as the finished binaries feel native and meet current App Store and Play Store guidelines. Key modules I need working in the first release: • Secure sign-up and log-in for individual accounts (email, phone, or social). • Create, edit, and delete listings with multiple photos (and video if it doesn’t add significant scope). • Location-based search plus category and price filters so users can quickly find items nearby. • In-app chat with push notifications for new messages and offers. • Basic safety tools—block, report and simple admin moderation of listings and users. Nice-to-have extras (not mandatory for milestone 1) would be in-app payments/escrow and analytics hooks. I’d like to work in short sprints: once the UI wireframes are approved, please deliver weekly TestFlight and internal Play Console builds so we can test iteratively. Source code should be shared at every milestone.
