I’m running an Omron NX102 CPU in Sysmac Studio and need a compact, well-commented function block (or set of ladder/ST routines) that speaks Ethernet/IP to an RN JET inkjet printer. The logic has to cover concrete tasks: • Start/stop printing on demand • Continuously monitor ink levels • Report print status and any error codes back to the PLC/HMI Select jobs and send Data for printing I will supply the printer’s EDS file and its command list; you deliver the Sysmac project (or a reusable library) with all tag sets, CIP message structures, and neat in-line comments so I can drop it straight into production. A brief read-me explaining setup of the E/IP connection path, scanner settings, and any user parameters is also required. Acceptance: if I can load the code, toggle a start bit to fire the printer, see live ink-level data in a global variable, and receive an error message when I pull the printer offline, the job is done.
