I’m building a two-sided mobile service that lets people in Riyadh summon personal protection officers as easily as they order a ride. On the client side the flow is simple: choose location on the map, set the date and time, specify how many officers are needed, and press “Request”. The system broadcasts the job to nearby officers; the first one to accept becomes the assigned protector. Scope of work • Universal build: a single codebase (or separate native builds if you prefer) must ship to both iOS and Android stores. • Account creation should feel frictionless—users may sign up with either social media or email, then verify identity through phone OTP. • Core screens: real-time map with geolocation, scheduling and officer count selector, live request status, profile & ratings, push notifications. • Officer interface: availability toggle, incoming request alert, one-tap accept, navigation to the client, job timer and completion confirmation. • Real-time matching logic on the back end, ideally WebSocket-powered for speed. • Basic admin dashboard to monitor requests, officers and analytics is highly appreciated. Acceptance criteria 1. A client in Riyadh can complete a booking in under one minute and see it reflected on an officer’s device within seconds. 2. Phone OTP must be the only mandatory authentication step; social or email login remains optional but functional. 3. Builds pass App Store and Google Play submission checks. 4. Source code, API documentation and simple deployment instructions are handed over on completion.
