I need a complete, production-ready marketplace where local service providers—plumbers, electricians, carpenters, pandits, tutors and similar trades—can sign up under clearly defined categories and sub-categories while customers discover and contact them instantly. The build must ship native apps for both iOS and Android. For users, the experience centres on a fast search and filter workflow that lets them narrow providers by category, sub-category, rating or distance and then reach out through one-tap phone or WhatsApp. A clean, lightweight UI is essential so the first result appears within seconds of launching the app. Providers will manage their own presence through a dedicated app. They must be able to create and edit a public profile, add or remove the services they offer, set basic availability and toggle their live status. All of that should sync in real time so users never see outdated information. An admin web panel rounds out the ecosystem. From there I need full control over category trees, provider approvals, content moderation, user management, push notifications and any future promotional banners—essentially every operational lever that keeps the marketplace running smoothly without developer intervention. Deliverables I expect: • iOS app (user) and iOS app (provider) ready for App Store submission • Android app (user) and Android app (provider) ready for Play Store release • Web-based admin panel with the management capabilities described above • Source code, build instructions and brief handover session so my internal team can maintain the platform If this scope is clear and you have proven experience launching similar two-sided marketplaces, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
