I need an autonomous Middle-to-Senior SAP ABAP developer who can work on-site in Getafe (Madrid) five days a week and communicate comfortably in Spanish while handling meetings and documentation in English at a solid B2–C1 level. Your top priority will be our S/4HANA programme: you will steer the testing and validation phase that we execute directly in the production system, checking custom code, finance postings, and purchase-to-pay / order-to-cash flows until they run error-free after cut-over. Alongside migration work, you will: • Build small enhancements that tidy up day-to-day issues in FI, MM and SD. • Extract transactional and master data to support internal and external audits. • Upgrade and re-configure the Security Weaver segregation-of-duties solution for the Spanish legal entity, coordinating with the global compliance team. You will receive functional specs and access to our ABAP stack, Solution Manager, and Security Weaver console; I expect you to shape the technical design, transport objects through DEV-QA-PRD, and document results clearly. Sub-contracting is acceptable as long as the named consultant is present on-site. Eligible nationalities are Spanish by default, or alternatively German, French, British or Italian in line with our security policy. Deliverables that mark project success: 1. Signed-off S/4HANA production test scripts with zero critical defects. 2. Security Weaver upgraded and live in Spain, with evidence of compliant role assignments. 3. Three minor ABAP enhancements moved to PRD, each with user approval records. 4. Complete audit data packs exported and archived.
