I run a nonprofit based in Aizawl, Mizoram and we’ve chosen ClickUp as our central task-management platform. I need an experienced consultant who can live and work with us on-site for roughly one month and guide a team of 6–10 staff members from zero to self-sufficient. During your stay you will: • Design a ClickUp workspace structure that mirrors our projects and departments, create the initial spaces, folders, lists and custom fields, and migrate any existing data we have. • Build workflow automations that eliminate repetitive steps and establish dependable notification rules, status updates and dashboards. • Deliver daily, hands-on coaching sessions focused on project setup, workflow automation and effective team collaboration. • Provide templated SOPs, short video walkthroughs or quick-reference guides so new staff can onboard themselves after you leave. • Offer real-time troubleshooting and fine-tuning throughout the month so the system is truly embedded in our day-to-day operations. Acceptance criteria • ClickUp workspace is fully configured and in active use for at least three of our live projects. • All 6–10 teammates can independently create tasks, update statuses and trigger automations without supervision. • Handover package (workspace map, documentation and training materials) is delivered before departure. You’ll have a desk and basic accommodation arranged here in Aizawl; travel costs can be discussed once we confirm availability.
