I want a clean, responsive arcade website whose main goal is to allow users to play arcade games online. I already have a reference image that captures the look and feel I’m after, so the visual direction is set; what I now need is the full site built around it. Core concept The site should house an ever-growing catalogue of HTML5 titles. Besides the games I’ll seed at launch, visitors must be able to upload their own HTML5 packages and see them go live (pending my approval) without touching code. Think of it as a lightweight, self-hosted version of itch.io focused purely on arcade fun. Essential user features Please make the following items work smoothly from day one: • User registration and login • Game rating and commenting system • Leaderboards for high scores How it can be built is up to you—Laravel, Django, Node.js, or another modern stack are all fine as long as the end result is fast, secure, and mobile-friendly.
