About the Project We are building a simple parking management app for India. The app is used by parking guards to record vehicle entry and exit, and by parking owners to see reports and collections. What We Need to Build: 1) Guard Mobile App: Used by parking guards. Features: Login with mobile number + OTP Home screen with only Entry and Exit buttons Camera scan of vehicle number Manual entry if scan fails Entry: Vehicle number Vehicle type (car, bike, etc.) Time and photo Extra fields in some places (flat number, office, etc.) Exit: Scan/search vehicle Calculate parking time Collect payment (cash / UPI – manual mark) Works even without internet (offline mode) End-of-day cash summary 2) Admin Web Dashboard (Parking Owner) Used by parking owners/managers. Features: Login with mobile + OTP Create parking location Two models: Subscription (apartments, offices – mostly free parking) Pay per vehicle (malls, events – paid parking) Add / remove guards See live parked vehicles Daily and monthly reports Download reports (PDF / Excel) Manual billing (no payment gateway needed now) 3) Super Admin (Basic – for us) View all parking locations Enable / disable locations Extend free trial See overall usage and revenue
