Google Ecosystem Audit & Optimization 1. Project Overview We are looking for a Google Certified Specialist to audit, fix, and optimize our current digital ecosystem. Our primary goal is to ensure that our data is accurate (Conversion Tracking/Analytics) and that our revenue/visibility tools (AdSense/Google Business Profile) are performing at peak efficiency. 2. Scope of Work The expert will be responsible for the following four pillars: • Google Conversion Tracking & Tag Manager: • Audit current GTM (Google Tag Manager) containers. • Fix "broken" conversion actions or discrepancies between recorded clicks and actual leads/sales. • Implement Enhanced Conversions to recover data lost to privacy changes. • Google Analytics (GA4): • Verify correct installation of GA4 configuration tags. • Set up custom events, key events (conversions), and audience triggers. • Debug referral exclusions and cross-domain tracking. • Google Ads & "Google Gym" (Google Business Profile): and Google Merchant • Optimize Local Services Ads or Search Ads specifically for our fitness/gym location. • Sync Google Business Profile with Google Ads for location extensions. • Improve Quality Score and reduce "junk" clicks. • Google AdSense: • Audit ad placement for maximum RPM without compromising user experience. • Resolve any "ads.txt" errors or policy violations. • Optimize blocking controls and ad categories to increase revenue. 3. Technical Requirements The ideal candidate must demonstrate: • Certifications: Google Ads Search/Measurement and GA4 Certification. • Tracking Proficiency: Deep experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Server-Side tagging. • Industry Experience: (Optional but preferred) Experience working with fitness centers or local service-based businesses. 4. Deliverables 1. Audit Report: A summary of current tracking errors and performance "leaks." 2. Implementation: Fully functional, tested conversion tags and GA4 events. 3. Optimization Log: A list of changes made to AdSense and Google Ads for performance gains. 4. Handover Doc: A simple guide on how to monitor these tools moving forward.
