I’m looking for long-term support for my phone-based sales team. All leads have already signaled interest in our products; depending on the agreed campaign, you will call both warm and cold contacts, handle conversations confidently in English, and close the deal. What you bring to the table: Excellent communication skills — you persuade in a friendly, clear, and goal-oriented way. Strong sales ability to handle objections smoothly and drive closings. Experience with CRM systems so every contact is documented cleanly and consistently. How we’ll work together: You dial in using your own phone system and contact the provided leads. With warm leads, the focus is on booking an appointment or closing a contract; with cold outreach, you adapt the pitch flexibly. Every call is logged immediately in our shared CRM, so we can track progress and commissions. Compensation: We’ll start with either an hourly rate or a per-appointment fee. In addition, you’ll earn a success-based commission of up to 25% for closed deals. We’ll define the exact structure together once we align on the scope.
